THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE, PATENTED ALUMINUM CORE
Heat recovery core transfers heat between the two airstreams. Easily removed for cleaning or service.

MOTORS AND BLOWERS
Motors and Blowers - Two independent motorized impellers Core - The crossflow heat exchanger balances efficiency, compact size and excellent cold temperature performance. With Lifebreath's recirculation defrost strategy the sensible heat recovery efficiency (SRE) at -25C (defrosting) can be within a few percent of the 0C SRE (no defrost) delivering significant energy savings. Each core is tested to ensure low leakage. Each air stream has one centrifugal blower driven by a common PSC motor or two independent motorized impellers
FILTERS
Washable air filters in exhaust and supply air streams.
MOUNTING
Four threaded inserts at corners of the cabinet designed to accept the “s” hooks and hanging straps supplied with the unit. (Metro units require mounting brackets not hanging straps).
DEFROST
2 STYLES - Recirculating and fan defrost damper defrost systems.
CASE
Twenty gauge prepainted galvanized steel for superior corrosion resistance. Insulated to prevent exterior condensation. Drain connections 2 - 1/2 in. (12 mm) OD, one drain on METRO Series. Door balancing ports available on all units, except METRO 120D, METRO 120F, RNC 95.
ELECTRONICS
Optional controls can be wall mounted in a central location of the home. 3 wire 20 gauge (min.) 100 ft. length (max.).

99-RX02 WIRELESS LIFEBREATH REPEATER - Extends range of 99-DET02 Wireless Timers. Plugs into 120V power outlet. Wirelessly connects to main control and 99-DET02. Install at halfway point between timer and main wall control if timer is out of range.
